SHIPPING

Shipping charges are included for most products shipped to the lower 48 states. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other US territories and some APO addresses, shipping surcharges will apply. In those cases, you will receive a call or e-mail from one of our representatives prior to order fulfillment.

RETURNS

In most cases, returns are allowed within thirty days of receipt of the product, All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approved in advance by one of our representatives. The shipping cost for returns is paid by the customer.  Call 303-271-9608 for further information.
